This merger aims to:

  • Ensure sustainable and long-term development.


After the merger:

  • Company COMME Global will assume all business operations, rights, and obligations of Company KExpress;
  • All contracts, transactions, commitments, and responsibilities of Company KExpress will continue to be fulfilled by Company COMME Global without any changes;
