Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all customers who have registered and paid for our services. All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Policy. We reserve the right to decline any refund request if there is suspicion of payment fraud, unethical conduct, or violation of our policies.
Eligibility for Refunds & Transfers

Refunds or transfers may be considered if all of the following conditions are met:
- The advertiser provides accurate and complete information regarding products and services when submitting campaigns for approval, including but not limited to any prior suspension history on platforms or agencies.
- Any changes to products, services, advertising content, or creatives must be communicated to and approved by KEXPRESS before campaigns are launched.
- KEXPRESS reserves the right to deny a refund if we detect the use of different creatives or landing pages, or if there is any suspicion that advertised content violates advertising platform policies.
- The advertiser does not violate any terms or policies set by the advertising platform.
- The advertiser has fully deposited the advertising budget and paid all associated fees prior to campaign launch.
- The advertiser complies with KEXPRESS Terms of Service.
- The advertiser has no history of payment disputes with KEXPRESS.

Refund Amount
Refunds are limited to the remaining unused advertising budget. Refunds do not include ad credits, vouchers, rental/agency fees, taxes, or any other incurred costs.

Payment Method
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used by the advertiser. If the original payment method is no longer available, additional information may be requested on a case-by-case basis. KEXPRESS reserves the right to decline refunds if requirements are not met.

Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5–20 business days, depending on the payment method used.
